Expectations should be made explicit during the project. Xegy has been designed to make site and content management easy. Our objective is to train you to manage your own Franchise Roadmap site so you do not have to depend on an outside vendor (us) to make changes and grow your site.

ABOUT PRICING: Franchise Roadmap prices are not published on this site. Franchise Roadmap is very flexible and thus requires some flexibility in pricing. Each customer has unique requirements. The Franchise Roadmap Implementation Guide is a separate module included in each customer's site. It maps out the entire implementation process, providing instructions, design assistance, and implementation project management. It also provides a project management area for ongoing maintenance of the customer's Franchise Roadmap site.

Research and Planning
What we do: Help you organize and distill all the information that will be important to building out your Franchise Roadmap
What you do: Gather information, assess the accuracy of that information, decide what's important and what's not, determine your goals for the site

Design and Development
What we do: Guide the decisions about look and feel, information organization on the site, train you to build content, work with you to build your site
What you do: Assist with building content (ensures you learn to manage the site yourself), make design decisions, validate the design within your organization.

Pilot Rollout
What we do: Guide the design and development of the site, train site administrators on adding and managing franchisee users, assist as needed to train the pilot users (franchisees)
What you do: Train the pilot group to use the site, get feedback on site design, incorporate design changes based on pilot group feedback

Full Rollout
What we do: Ensure your internal site administration personnel know how to add franchisees and manage the content
What you do: Add franchisees, manage training of site use, evolve and add to the site content, continuously solicit feedback from franchisee users to ensure that the site is meeting their needs
